Bulk Actions: Move, Delete, Share

Bulk actions let you perform operations on multiple files simultaneously, saving massive amounts of time.

How to Select Multiple Files

1. 1Use checkboxes on the left of each file
2. 2Click individual files to select them
3. 3Or click the header checkbox to select all visible files
4. 4Selected count appears in blue toolbar

Bulk Move to Folder

1. 1Select multiple files
2. 2Click "Move" in the bulk actions toolbar
3. 3Choose destination folder
4. 4Click "Move Files"
5. 5All files move instantly

Bulk Download

1. 1Select files to download
2. 2Click "Download All"
3. 3Files download one by one automatically
4. 4Progress shows in notifications

Bulk Share

1. 1Select files to share
2. 2Click "Share"
3. 3Enter email addresses (comma-separated)
4. 4Add optional message
5. 5Click "Send"
6. 6Recipients receive email with links

Bulk Delete

1. 1Select files to delete
2. 2Click "Delete" (red button)
3. 3Review list of files to be deleted
4. 4Type confirmation if required
5. 5Click "Delete Forever"

Clear Selection

To deselect all files:

• Click the X button in the bulk actions toolbar
• Or press Esc on your keyboard
• Or uncheck the header checkbox

Bulk Action Limits

• **FREE plan** - Up to 10 files at once
• **PRO plan** - Up to 50 files at once
• **BUSINESS plan** - Unlimited bulk operations
