Logging into TranscribeNext is quick and secure. We remember your preferred login method for faster access.
Login with Email & Password
- 1Go to transcribenext.com and click "Login"
- 2If you registered with email, the email form will appear automatically
- 3Enter your email address
- 4Enter your password (click the eye icon to show/hide)
- 5Click "Sign In"
Pro Tip
TranscribeNext remembers your last login method. If you logged in with email last time, the email form will be shown first.
Login with OAuth (Google/Apple/Microsoft)
- 1Click "Login" on the homepage
- 2Click your preferred provider (Google/Apple/Microsoft)
- 3Select your account on the provider's screen
- 4You're logged in instantly!

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If you have 2FA enabled, you'll see an additional step:
- 1Enter your email and password
- 2A 2FA modal will appear
- 3Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
- 4Click "Verify"
Important
2FA codes expire after 30 seconds. If your code doesn't work, wait for a new one to generate.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
**"Invalid credentials" error:**
- Double-check your email for typos
- Ensure Caps Lock is off
- Try password reset if you're unsure
**OAuth login fails:**
- Make sure you're using the same account you registered with
- Try clearing browser cookies
- Disable browser extensions that block third-party cookies
- Check if the OAuth provider is working
