Common issues and solutions
Payment Declined or Failed
Common Decline Reasons
Insufficient funds, expired card, incorrect CVV, billing address mismatch, or bank fraud protection.
Solution 1: Check Card Details
Verify card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing ZIP code are correct.
Solution 2: Contact Your Bank
Call your bank or credit card company. They may be blocking the transaction as suspected fraud.
Solution 3: Try Different Card
Use another credit/debit card. Some banks block international payments.
Solution 4: Use PayPal
If available, PayPal often works when credit cards fail.
Upgraded But Still Showing FREE Plan
Wait 1-2 Minutes
Plan changes can take up to 2 minutes to process after payment.
Refresh Page
Logout and log back in, or refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R to bypass cache).
Check Email Confirmation
You should receive a payment confirmation email. If you didn't, the payment may not have processed.
Contact Support
If still showing FREE after 5 minutes, contact support with your payment confirmation email.
Can't Find Invoice or Receipt
Check Email
Invoices are automatically emailed after each payment. Search your email for "invoice" or "receipt".
Download from Dashboard
Go to Account → Billing → Invoices to view and download all past invoices.
Check Spam Folder
Invoice emails may be filtered. Check Spam/Junk folders.
Subscription Canceled But Still Charged
Cancellation Takes Effect at Period End
When you cancel, you keep access until the current billing period ends. You won't be charged again after that.
Check Cancellation Date
Go to Account → Billing to see "Subscription ends on [date]"
Charged After End Date?
If charged after cancellation end date, contact support immediately for a refund.
Want to Change Payment Method
Update Card Info
Go to Account → Billing → Payment Method → Update
Old Card Will Be Removed
The new card becomes the default payment method immediately.
Currency or Price Looks Wrong
Currency Auto-Detection
Pricing is shown in your local currency based on your location. USD, EUR, GBP, etc.
Price Includes VAT/Tax
Displayed price includes applicable taxes for your region.
Exchange Rate Fluctuations
If paying in different currency than displayed, your bank's exchange rate applies.
